The person on the toilet doesn't want to get up to get a new roll, so they are seriously pondering if the two squares left will do the job of the task ahead. Another family member needs to use the bathroom and there is only so much time.

"I could find a way to creatively bunch it all up, but somehow that sounds like more trouble than it's worth," said the person on the toilet. "I've done it before, I know I've done it before. But back then I was younger, more hopeful."

Tensions are increasing in the bathroom and thoughts about getting up to get an actual roll from the cabinet under the sink become favorable. Shouts from outside the bathroom door are heard as it intensifies second by second.

Person on the toilet looks at the cabinet under the sink, only a few feet away, and wonders how did it come to this. With no way out other than getting up, person grabs the two squares and gets the job done, accepting all consequences.

"What's done is done, I have no regrets," said person as they washed their hands rigorously and thoroughly, singing "Happy Birthday" at least 5 times. "Next time I'll just make sure there is a back up roll sitting on the tank or maybe get one of the vertical toilet paper holders that hold, like, 50 of them."

Shouting family member was grateful for the brand new roll and yet yelled "took you LONG ENOUGH".

"When life happens, that my friend is the ultimate teacher," said person.
